Sophia Carr-Gomm has a diverse background in the film and TV industry, working as a director, writer, producer, and casting director. Initially trained as an actor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, she appeared in TV series such as Shetland (BBC), Mr. Selfridge (ITV), and World’s End (BBC), as well as in theatre productions like The Cardinal at Southwark Playhouse and King Lear at The Citizens Theatre in Glasgow. In 2018, Sophia transitioned into directing, while also working in feature film script development, reading, and pre-production with Midsummer Films.
