Rosanna Ortiz was born as Violeta Orbita. She is an actress, known for Araw-araw, gabi-gabi (1975), Patayin mo sa sindak si Barbara (1974) and Panic! (1973) She was one of those who started the bold trend in the 60’s but she became a fine actress when she won Asia ’s Best Supporting Actress for the movie Patayin Mo Sa Sindak Si Barbara , directed by Celso Ad. Castilo. She was only 16 when she entered the movies in the late 60's. She appeared in several sex flicks such as Hayok and Ang Magsasaging ni Pacing. In 1971 alone, she finished 15 movies.
