Nadirah Shakir is Actress/Director from San Antonio, Texas. After wrapping up a record setting track career at The University of Houston, Nadirah turned attention to her first love: acting. She's starred in numerous commercials, print ads and indie projects including: award-winning indie series #WASHED, Dallas-based film Dana's Story, Starter Marriage, Low Key and Dark Tresor. Additionally, she's appeared on the set of the Vampire Diaries, Divergent:Origin, Barbershop 3 and Tasmanian Devil. Not only is she a budding star in front of the camera but she made her directorial debut in the season two premiere of #WASHED as co-director. Nadirah was also a dominating voice behind-the -season for the remaining nine episodes as Assistant Director.
