Kai Wiesinger (born April 16, 1966, in Hanover) is a German actor, director, screenwriter, and voice actor for dubbing and audio dramas. He rose to fame in 1992 with the comedy film *Kleine Haie*. Wiesinger made his television debut in the late 1980s on the ZDF program *Aktenzeichen XY … ungelöst*. He achieved his breakthrough in 1992 with the lead role in *Kleine Haie*, for which he—alongside Jürgen Vogel and Gedeon Burkhard—received the Bavarian Film Award. In the years that followed, Wiesinger starred in numerous successful German films, including *Der bewegte Mann*, *Frauen sind was Wunderbares*, and *Stadtgespräch*. He also appeared regularly in historical and dramatic productions, such as *Comedian Harmonists*, *14 Tage lebenslänglich*, and *Nichts als die Wahrheit*, starring alongside Götz George.
