

Eva Maria Bayerwaltes (born July 28, 1950, in Bonn) is a German actress and voice-over artist. Bayerwaltes attended a humanistic Gymnasium (classical secondary school) and subsequently studied acting at the Mozarteum Salzburg, where she received her diploma as a certified stage performer in 1972. Her training included, among other subjects, singing, breath and vocal technique, as well as literature and theater studies. Her first theater engagement took her to the Städtische Bühnen Freiburg; later, she performed at venues such as the Landestheater Schwaben in Memmingen and the Hessisches Landestheater Marburg. While still in training, she made her television debut in 1972 in the crime series *Der Kommissar*. From the 1980s onward, Bayerwaltes appeared regularly on German television.
