Chris Baldyga (born Christopher Joseph Baldyga on December 3rd 1977) grew up in Fairfield, CT. Growing up, Chris wanted to be a professional wrestler and be on the radio. After graduating high school, Chris briefly went to college for mass communications before deciding to drop out and work full time. Shortly after, he discovered a professional wrestling school near his hometown and decided to sign up. It was there he developed a wrestling persona known as The Iron Eagle. The premise of the character was based off his last name sounding like bald eagle and the 80's movie Iron Eagle.
